A six-week studio for auditors who need financial auditing guidance for process walkthroughs in automated finance operations — P2P, O2C, and intercompany paths that mix bots with people.
What you will leave able to do

Modules
- Module 1 — Seeing the automated path How ERP postings, middleware handoffs, and RPA steps appear in logs versus how owners describe them in interviews.
- Module 2 — Control points that moved Locating preventive and detective controls after automation relocated approvals, three-way match, and cutoff checks.
- Module 3 — Interviewing humans and bot owners Question banks for thresholds, retry policies, privilege escalation, and who can force-post outside the happy path.
- Module 4 — Exception queues as audit evidence Sampling failed jobs, aged items, and override codes; documenting why an item entered and left the queue.
- Module 5 — Narrative and pack standards Building a file a reviewer can follow: flow diagram, observation notes, artifacts, and open limitations.
- Module 6 — Studio finale on a live-style case Complete a P2P walkthrough pack under time pressure using a synthetic Korea-based shared-service scenario.

No. This is professional training to improve how you perform and document walkthroughs in automated environments. Your firm’s methodology and engagement partner judgment still govern the audit file.
We cannot grant access to your client systems. Practice uses synthetic datasets and your own anonymized screenshots if you choose to bring them. If your environment blocks screen recording, your evidence pack will need alternate artifacts — we discuss workarounds, but we cannot invent access you do not have.
